The restaurant at Kanoa Lodge is reserved for hotel guests. Stays are on a mandatory half-board basis: breakfast and dinner are included and served on site, in Haapiti. At midday, the dining room is closed: guests order a takeaway lunch box the day before. The bar is for guests only.

The kitchen sources from fishermen and farmers on Moorea. The menu features local produce such as paraha pēue or freshwater prawns, depending on the catch and the season.

Fishermen and farmers from Moorea.

Kanoa Lodge works with fishermen and farmers on the island to supply its kitchen, including locally farmed produce such as paraha pēue and freshwater prawns. Around the table, the botanical garden and the educational faa'apu show guests the plants of the fenua.

The Bar

The bar, for guests only.

The bar is reserved for hotel guests, like the restaurant. Guests gather here at the end of the day, after excursions.

No walk-in customers: the atmosphere stays that of a lodge of 36 guests at most.
